How Do I Manage Acts?
Managing Acts can be done differently in a TV/Episodic project type and Feature/Longform project type.
TV/Episodic Projects
- Go to Settings, then click Manage boards...
- Select the preferred number of Acts per episode, then click Submit.
Note: In a TV/Episodic project, you can only increase or decrease the number of Acts.
Feature/Longform Projects
- Go to Settings, then click Manage acts...
- Click the + Add Act to add a new Act.
- The new Act will have a default name of 'Sand-box'. You can rename this with your preferred Act name.
- You can move the position/order of the Acts by click+hold the two horizontal lines of the Act then drag and drop this to the desired position/order.
- You can use the Copy icon to duplicate an Act. This will create a duplicate of the Act just below the source Act and will copy all the cards from the source Act.
- You can use the Trash icon to delete an Act.
- Click the Save Acts to apply all the changes.
